Privacy Policy — CyaAgent

CyaAgent ("we", "the app") is a personal content-automation tool that creates short 3D-animation videos and publishes them to the user's own TikTok and YouTube channels on a schedule the user configures.

Data we collect

• Account identifiers: TikTok open_id / username and YouTube channel ID, used only to publish content to the correct account.
• OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens granted by the user via TikTok and Google OAuth, used only to call the respective publishing APIs on the user's behalf.
• Content: the videos, titles, descriptions and thumbnails the user asks the app to generate and publish.

How we use data

Data is used solely to generate, schedule and publish the user's videos. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing. API calls are made only to TikTok and YouTube as directed by the user.

Data storage

OAuth tokens are stored encrypted/at-rest with restricted file permissions on the user's own private server and are never exposed in logs or chat transcripts.

Data retention & deletion

Tokens are kept until the user revokes access (via TikTok / Google account settings) or asks us to delete them. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.
