1. The service

CyaAgent is a personal automation tool that generates short 3D-animation videos and publishes them to the user's own TikTok and YouTube channels on a user-configured schedule.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must own (or have the rights to) the TikTok and YouTube accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the content published through the app and for complying with TikTok's and YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may revoke the app's access at any time via your TikTok / Google account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to publish unlawful, infringing, or policy-violating content, or to grant the app access to accounts you do not own.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube) whose availability and policies may change.
